Job Summary

Nati Boutique, a rapidly growing boutique retailer, is looking for an Inventory Associate to help support our overall supply chain. This will be an on-site role out of our Soho warehouse location.

This position reports directly to our Store Manager and will be integral to the success and growth of the company. Ideal candidates are reliable, personable, understand the importance of organization and attention to detail, have the desire for physical work, and have the ability to work autonomously. You will be working both with product and data to help maintain the accuracy of inventory systems supporting our NY stores.

Responsibilities -

Sort, scan, tag, pack, restock, and ship (when needed) merchandise and orders.
Receive and process incoming orders and ensure they are accurately recorded in inventory management systems.
Perform regular cycle counts of inventory and complete inventory reconciliations.
Monitor inventory levels and adjust stock levels as necessary.
Assist with responding to customer service inquiries and online return.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Assist in loading and unloading vehicles when needed.
Occasional driving for pick-ups and drop-offs.

*This job works in a garage-like setting, but does not require you to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other heavy equipment to move items within the warehouse area.

Qualifications -

A valid driver's license with clean driving record is a plus.
Must be willing to take direction, work as a part of a team, and collaborate effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We need someone who can work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a very high level of accuracy.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Desire and motivation to go above and beyond the call of duty - proactive rather than reactive mindset.
Shopify experience a huge plus.
Must be able to stand for 8 hours, carry up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.

Typical work hours may vary, but would typically be between 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Friday mornings are required. Weekend coverage may be needed on occasion.

Pay Range: $18 - 23 per hour
