Job Summary

Nati Boutique, a rapidly growing boutique retailer, is looking for experienced and service-oriented Sales Associates to join our fun-loving and hardworking teams at both of our Malibu locations; Cross Creek and Trancas.

As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure a top-notch experience from start to finish while driving sales. Our fun-loving and hardworking team has a passion for fashion and genuinely love engaging with our customers in an effort to build relationships.

Responsibilities

Deliver the highest level of customer service while maintaining expert-level product knowledge.
Merchandising and Styling.
Actively guide customers through the entire shopping journey while providing a positive and uplifting experience.
Demonstrate a positive and warm attitude that encourages a strong sense of cohesiveness and teamwork.
Assist with go-backs, restocking items and overall inventory management and organization of the store.
Accurately execute end-of-day settlements and store-closing duties when necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of fashion retail sales experience for a high-volume retailer, preferred.
A passion and true talent for Sales. We need top sellers, with a positive, can-do attitude, and a proactive mindset.
Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.
Must have open availability to work regular weekend shifts and some holidays.
Must be able to work out of both locations in Cross Creek & Trancas.
A positive, outgoing, and engaging personality - able to initiate contact with the customers and identify their shopping needs.
Desire and motivation to go above and beyond the call of duty - proactive rather than reactive mindset.
Must be able to stand for 8 hours, carry up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.

Availability Requirements

Shift Hours: 5 Hours

Weekdays: At least 2 weekdays

Weekend: At least 1 day

Job Types: Part Time

Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
